Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current services, including the release of new JSM Technology products, services, tools, or properties directed at registered users or visitors of the site, shall be subject to this Agreement. JSM Technology reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, discontinue, or suspend, temporarily or permanently, its offering of the services (or any part thereof) without liability to you or any third party but must inform all her users at least three months to the suspension of services.

You may terminate your registered user account at any time. You agree that JSM Technology, in its sole discretion and without notice or liability to you or any third party, may terminate your account if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with any term of this agreement. Termination of this agreement will not relieve you of any liabilities or obligations accrued on or before the date of termination, or limit any other remedies available to JSM Technology arising out of your breach of this agreement. Your indemnification obligations will continue after any termination of this agreement.
From time to time, JSM Technology may enter into agreements with third party advertisers to advertise and promote their goods and/or services on the site. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on the site, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that JSM Technology shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings.
JSM Technology, its affiliates and licensors retain all rights, titles and interests in and to the site, the services, all content provided on the site (excluding third party content, if any), and the business process, procedures, methods and techniques used on or in connection with the site and the services, and all patent rights, copyrights, trademark rights, trade secret rights and other proprietary rights therein or related thereto ("Intellectual Property"). All logos, text, and content, including underlying HTML code, designs, and graphics used and/or depicted in the site are protected under Nigeria and international copyright and trademark laws and treaties, and may not be used or reproduced without the prior express written permission of JSM Technology. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and JSM Technology, superseding any prior agreements between you and JSM Technology. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with International laws. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Nigeria. The failure of JSM Technology to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These terms, and your rights and obligations hereunder, may not be assigned, subcontracted, delegated, or otherwise transferred by you without JSM Technology’s prior written consent, and any attempted assignment, subcontract, delegation, or transfer in violation of the foregoing will be null and void. Any waiver or failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement on one occasion will not be deemed a waiver of any other provision or of such provision on any other occasion.
The communications between you and JSM Technology use electronic means, whether you visit the site or send e-mails. For contractual purposes, you (1) consent to receive communications from JSM Technology in an electronic form; and (2) agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that JSM Technology provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications would satisfy if it were to be in writing. The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights.
You hereby release the JSM Technology and its employees, agents, officers, directors and their successors from claims, demands, any and all losses, damages, rights, and actions of any kind, including personal injuries, death, and property damage, that is either directly or indirectly related to or arises from any interactions with or conduct of other site users or third party websites of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of these terms or your use of the site or the services.
